White House task force finds Wisconsin with one of highest Covid-19 surges in country

A recent report from the White House Coronavirus Task Force found Wisconsin has the third-highest rate of coronavirus cases in the U.S., and has issued several recommendations, including increased social distancing, for the state to adopt to contain its recent surge in new Covid-19 cases.
