Justice parent company finds buyer for New Albany-based brand

Justice, one of the largest retail brands based in Central Ohio, is being sold to a new company. The tween apparel retailer's parent company, New Jersey-based Ascena Retail Group Inc., has reached an agreement with private New York-based conglomerate IHL Group for Justice's intellectual property, e-commerce business and other assets.
