After the state legislature failed to override his veto of HB2513 that would've eliminated many of his restaurant restrictions over Covid-19, Gov. Tom Wolf visited Pittsburgh on Thursday to announce a measure to help provide some economic relief to the state's hospitality industry that's been hard hit by the pandemic.
