Grants, staff cuts soften blow of projected 60% revenue decline for Milwaukee Film

Milwaukee Film Inc., the nonprofit that operates the Oriental Theatre and runs the Milwaukee Film Festival, estimated that it will be down about 60% in earned revenue for its 2020 budget. The nonprofit has received several state grants to account for some of the losses, but has had to implement other cost-saving measures.
