No fans will be allowed to attend Tampa Bay Lightning or Toronto Raptors games at Amalie Arena due to a surge in Covid-19 cases, Vinik Sports Group said Saturday. The Lightning had originally planned to open the season — which is on a modified schedule due to the novel coronavirus pandemic — with 3,800 fans in attendance.
