Goldwater Institute: Arizona court ruling does not hamper economic development

A lawyer for the Goldwater Institute said if a contract has deliverables that bring value to the taxpayers, economic development deals can go ahead. The attorney was reacting to the recent Arizona Supreme Court decision that ruled against the city of Peoria giving financial incentives to a private university establishing a campus in the city.
