Changes in Denver metro's commercial property taxes differ significantly across types of properties

In a first for the Front Range, 12 assessors from counties across the metro convened to determine the pandemic's effect on different types of property. The change in property value will vary from a decrease of 20% to an increase of 30%. Here's why.
