City manager Walsh making key organizational changes

City Manager Erik Walsh is making several organizational moves. One of those moves includes the appointment of Mark Carmona as chief housing officer, according to a Sept. 24 memo sent by Walsh to Mayor Ron Nirenberg and City Council members and obtained by the Business Journal.
