Roxy Restaurant & Bar closes after more than 15 years

A longtime Arden-Arcade restaurant and bar announced its closure on Monday after more than 15 years in operation. Roxy Restaurant & Bar, which is at 2381 Fair Oaks Blvd. and has been open since 2006, announced on Facebook that Sunday was its last day in business.
