Pittsburgh Technical College installs new president and CEO

On June 17, Pittsburgh Technical College officially installed Alicia B. Harvey-Smith as its fourth president and CEO. The installation ceremony was held at PTC’s 185-acre campus in Oakdale. Harvey-Smith was first appointed to lead PTC in 2019, but due to the Covid-19 pandemic, her official installation was postponed.
