Biden expected to highlight Arizona's manufacturing growth at TSMC visit

The Taiwanese company has plans to unveil its new investment in Phoenix, which will be one of the largest foreign direct investments in U.S. history. President Joe Biden, Apple's CEO, TSMC's founder and numerous industry and elected officials will also be in attendance at the Dec. 6 event at the company's semiconductor plant now under construction.
