Elizabeth Holmes appeals conviction as former partner Sunny Balwani's sentencing looms

Former Theranos Inc. President Ramesh "Sunny" Balwani is scheduled to be sentenced on Wednesday for his part in defrauding investors of the blood-testing business, as founder Elizabeth Holmes appeals her conviction on some of the same charges.
