Stock market today: Asia stocks mixed after Wall Street slumps to worst day in weeks

Asia stocks are mixed after tumbling Big Tech stocks dragged Wall Street to its worst day in three weeks. U.S. futures and oil prices rose. Hong Kong’s benchmark rebounded 1.9% while Shanghai was 0.1% lower ahead of reports by top Chinese economic officials on the sidelines of the annual session of the National People's Congress. On Tuesday, the S&P 500 fell 1%, its second straight drop after closing Friday at an all-time high. The Dow Jones Industrial Average lost 1% and the Nasdaq composite led the way lower with a drop of 1.7%. Apple was one of the heaviest weights on the market. Bitcoin touched a record high before tumbling.
