Pooja Bhatt who earlier was campaigning to raise funds for actor Faraaz Khan’s treatment, took to her Twitter handle to share an update on the actor’s health after being diagnosed with brain infection and pneumonia. Revealing improvements in Faraaz’s ongoing treatment, Bhatt penned down a thank you note for the contributors that read, “Gratitude to all you truly special, generous people who spread the word & contributed towards the medical treatment of #FaraazKhan Am told he is showing improvement.”
