Morrissey Shares Tribute To “Beam Of Light” Andy Rourke

Today brought the sad news that Smiths bassist Andy Rourke has died of pancreatic cancer at the age of 59. Rourke’s childhood friend and former Smiths bandmate Johnny Marr broke the news of Rourke’s passing on Twitter, and now the former Smiths singer Morrissey has paid tribute to Rourke with a statement of his own.
