No one is born racist; prejudice and discriminations are learned behaviour. Racism means to hate someone, exclude them or treat them badly because of their race, or the colour of their skin. As a mother of two Black children, the topic of race is not new in our household. Sadly though, the tragic death of George Floyd and the recent uprise in the Black Lives Matter movement has amplified these conversations.
