Flood catastrophe: Death toll rises to 107 in Assam, 38,47,531 people affected in Bihar

Following incessant rainfall, the waters of Gandaki and Bagmati rivers have entered parts of Muzaffarpur district. Many houses of people in the district have been submerged under water.
