Belarus: Macron to meet opposition leader Tsikhanouskaya

Ahead of a potential meeting in Lithunania, Sviatlana Tikhanovskaya had requested that French president act as a political mediator. Macron said it was clear that Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko "has to go."
