London Marathon: Kosgei defends title as Hall finishes second in thrilling sprint finish

Brigid Kosgei defends her London Marathon title with a time of two hours 18 minutes and 58 seconds while USA's Sara Hall finishes second after a thrilling sprint finish to overtake world champion Ruth Chepngetich.
