Victoria achieves 20 days without a new COVID case; SA's first day of hard lockdown

Victoria has recorded 20 consecutive days of no new coronavirus cases or coronavirus deaths, as South Australian residents wake up to their first day of a harsh six-day lockdown aimed at snuffing out a growing outbreak in the Adelaide's northern suburbs.
