Turkey blames Iranian intelligence for elaborate plot to kidnap opponent in Istanbul

A Turkish official said Iranian opposition figure Habib Chaab was lured to Turkey by a woman, drugged and kidnapped when he went to meet her, and then smuggled into Iran — a scheme orchestrated by a notorious drug trafficker at the behest of Iranian intelligence.
