Minneapolis police chief, officer resign after shooting

Officer Kim Potter, who fatally shot a 20-year-old Black motorist in Minneapolis’ Brooklyn Center and Police Chief Tim Gannon have resigned. The resignations came after two nights of protests and riots in the area.
