Norway prepares to mark 10th anniversary of Utoya massacre

Swedish Prime Minister Stefan Lofven and Astrid Hoem, leader of the Norwegian Labour Party's youth wing, laid flowers on Wednesday at a memorial to the 69 mostly teenaged victims of the terror attack.
