Ban on National Bolshevik Party by Russian courts was a human rights violation, ECHR finds

Fifteen years after the case was first lodged, during which the founder died, the European Court of Human Rights has ruled Russian courts had not had a strong enough case to ban radical anti-Putin group the National Bolshevik Party.
