Nursing home in London charged under Ontario's health and safety act after nurse's COVID death

A London nursing home faces charges under the Ontario Occupational Health and Safety Act for unsafe working conditions during the first wave of the pandemic, after a registered nurse died from COVID-19 and many others were infected.
