Germany's Merkel urges unvaccinated to reconsider amid surge of COVID-19 infections

German Chancellor Angela Merkel has urged unvaccinated people to get inoculated against COVID-19 as the country's seven-day coronavirus incidence rate rose to the highest level since the pandemic began.
