Macron's pricey watch draws criticism

During an interview on French television, President Emmanuel Macron was initially wearing a watch allegedly worth 80,000 euros while asking the people of France to make sacrifices, then surreptitiously removed it. It was later determined the watch cost 2,400 euros.
