Navy announces former USS Roosevelt Captain will not be reinstated

The Navy announced Friday that the former captain of the USS Roosevelt, Brett Crozier, will not be reinstated. Crozier was initially removed from duty after raising concerns about a coronavirus outbreak on his ship.
