Adequate security deployed for DDC polls: J&K EC

The J&K state election commissioner KK Sharma on Monday said the security is adequate with additional forces deployed to ensure free, fair, and smooth DDC elections. The first ever district development council (DDC) polls in the UT are scheduled to commence from November 26 and results will be announced on December 22.
