Court junks PIL for inclusion of Gita as subject in UP schools

A Lucknow bench of Allahabad high court has dismissed a public interest petition requesting the court to direct the Uttar Pradesh government and its education authorities that "Bhagavad Gita" should be taught as one of the subjects to students of all classes in the overall interest of the society.
