Indian intelligence agencies have gathered alarming inputs suggesting that Pakistan’s notorious spy agency – Inter-Services International (ISI) – is using slain terrorist Jarnail Singh Bhindranwale’s nephew Lakhbir Singh Rode to revive the Khalistan movement in Punjab again.
