Prime Minister Narendra Modi to address convocation of IIT Kharagpur today

PM Modi recently visited West Bengal to inaugurate and launch several projects. He will be attending the convocation ceremony through video conferencing and will address the graduates at 12:30 pm, the PMO announced with a poster on social media.
