Dehradun issues new COVID-19 restrictions, 200 people allowed at weddings

Uttrakhand Chief Secretary Om Prakash on Monday (April 12) issued fresh guidelines amid a surge in COVID-19 cases and instructed that only 200 people will be able to attend the wedding ceremony. Fresh instructions were issued as the second wave of coronavirus has hit the country.
