Mob shows black flags, block path of West Bengal Governor Jagdeep Dhankhar during Coochbehar visit

It is to be noted that a day before his planned visit to the post poll violence-affected Cooch Behar district, Governor Dhankar received a letter from Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee where she said claimed that the scheduled visit violates long-standing protocols.
