Rains wreak havoc in Uttarakhand, damage newly constructed section of road on Rishikesh-Gangotri national highway

The Rishikesh-Gangotri National Highway, NH-94 (under Char Dham project) in Uttarakhand`s Chamba has been closed due to road damage.
