Seven new detections take Maharashtra's Omicron count to 8

Seven new cases of the Omicron variant were detected in Maharashtra on Sunday, taking the state's tally of those found infected with the new Covid strain to eight. Six of the infected cases were from Pimpri-Chinchwad and one from Pune.
