Bus passenger wins Rs 2 fight over fare in Kolkata

In the first attempt at self correction after a number of complaints by bus passengers over several months, a privately owned STA permit bus union (Barasat to Santragachhi) apologized after a passenger was asked to pay Rs 20 for the return journey after he had travelled the same distance in the same bus for Rs 18 hours earlier.
