Ambulance with casket meets with minor accident

An ambulance carrying the mortal remains of an IAF chopper crash victim met with a minor accident near Mettupalayam in Coimbatore district on Thursday afternoon. The mortal remains of 13 defence personnel, including Chief of Defence Staff General Bipin Rawat and his wife, were carried in as many ambulances from the Army Hospital at Wellington in the Nilgiris to Sulur Air Force Station.
