Allahabad HC dismisses PIL on UP CM’s 'real name', imposes Rs 1 lakh cost on petitioner

Dismissing the PIL filed by one Namaha of Delhi, a division bench comprising chief justice Rajesh Bindal and justice Piyush Agrawal imposed a cost of Rs 1 lakh on the petitioner.
