Bombay high court denies relief to school chairman who scolded boy, leading to his suicide

Observing that the language of reprimand must not be such that it shatters a tender mind, the Bombay high court refused pre-arrest protection to the chairman of a school in Kolhapur after a class X student ended his life within hours of being scolded by him.
