No coercive action against Jet Airways founder Naresh Goyal, wife till Januaray 31, says Bombay HC

In a reprieve to founder chairman of Jet Airways Naresh Goyal and his wife Anita Goyal, the Bombay high court last week restrained the Enforcement Directorate from taking any coercive steps against them till January 31, the next hearing date of their plea to quash money laundering case and stay investigation.
