Bhagat Singh Koshyari to skip swearing-in ceremony of Maharashtra new governor Ramesh Bais on Saturday

Outgoing governor Bhagat Singh Koshyari will skip the swearing-in ceremony of his successor Ramesh Bais on February 18. Koshyari's resignation was accepted by President Droupadi Murmu on Sunday. He will leave for his hometown, Dehradun in Uttarakhand, on February 17.
