In the last three years between 2020 and 2022, at least 72 tigers and 43 leopards have died in the tiger reserves of Madhya Pradesh. It means at least two tigers and one leopard die every month due to different reasons in the state. The information was shared by the MP forest minister Kunwar Vijay Shah in the state assembly in reply to a question of Congress MLA Jitu Patwari on Thursday.
