Amritpal Singh’s close aide Papalpreet Singh taken to Assam’s Dibrugarh

A day after his arrest, Papalpreet Singh, a close aide of pro-Khalistan fugitive Amritpal Singh was flown from Amritsar to Dibrugarh where he would be lodged in Central Jail.
