Punjab police arrest four smugglers in Fazilka; recover 36.9 kg of heroin

Punjab police on Wednesday arrested four drug smugglers after recovering 35 packets of heroin, weighing 36.9 kg, from their possession from village Lalo Wali in Fazilka district.
