Eye on China, Army to hold border security meet today

The five-day Army commanders' conference (ACC), to be chaired by General Manoj Pande from Monday onwards, will also "brainstorm the current and emerging security scenarios" as well as get an update on the tri-service Andaman and Nicobar Command, an officer said on Saturday.
