Amritpal Singh's family alleges Punjab government blocks access to legal counsel

Relatives of Amritpal Singh, the imprisoned chief of Waris Punjab De (WPD), have accused the Punjab government of denying permission for him and other detainees to meet their advocates at Dibrugarh jail in Assam.
