Senior Delhi govt officer booked for raping dead friend’s 17-yr-old daughter

A senior Delhi government officer has been booked on charges of raping his friend's 17-year-old daughter for several months at his house in Burari and impregnating her. The minor alleged the accused and his wife made her undergo an abortion.
