Unaware of cases as I was living abroad since 2018: Mehul Choksi’s wife

Submitting that she was a resident of Antigua and Barbuda since 2018 and this was known to the investigating agencies especially in light of her husband Mehul Choksi’s alleged abduction in 2021, the absconding businessman’s wife, Priti Kothari, moved the special PMLA court on Tuesday seeking cancellation of the bailable warrants issued against her in a money laundering case related to the Punjab National Bank (PNB) scam.
