After 20 months in jail, Nainital man gets bail after girl says she was not raped

A single bench of Justice Manoj Tiwari of the Uttarakhand high court granted bail to an 18-year-old man in jail since December 2021 for raping a 15-year-old girl after she said “she was not raped”.
